Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026 · Updated October 13, 2026

1. Agreement and operator

These terms cover Nino Desktop and the Nino website services, including the browser demo and desktop license checkout. Nino is developed, operated, and sold by JIM50051, an independent developer based in Wisconsin, USA. Nino publishes this general location and does not publish a residential address. Contact ninosassmaster@gmail.com for support or legal notices. Before using Nino Desktop, you must agree to these Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, and confirm that you are at least 18. The app stores its acceptance record locally on this PC; if either legal document's content or the age policy changes, you must read and confirm again before using the app. A purchase is separately subject to the offer shown at checkout and to any consumer rights that apply to you.

2. Age and account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nino. By continuing past the app's age confirmation, you state that you are 18 or older. You must also meet the age requirements of each third-party service you connect. You are responsible for keeping API keys, passwords, and license keys secure and for activity using your device or credentials.

3. Desktop software license

The standard offer is a one-time payment of $15 USD for a perpetual one-device license. It includes future versions of Nino Desktop at no additional license charge while those versions are made available. “Perpetual” means the license does not expire while you follow these terms; it does not promise that websites, AI providers, voice services, or other third-party services will remain available. Checkout may be unavailable in some locations.

A license key may activate one device at a time. Do not publish, share, resell, or use a key to activate additional devices. If you replace your computer or lose local license data, you may request a support-assisted transfer/reset, ordinarily no more than once in any 12-month period. An already activated license will continue to work offline if Nino's validation service is unavailable. If Nino is discontinued, this permits continued use on the previously activated device, but does not promise future updates, new activations, device transfers, or online services after the service closes. A refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid payment may result in revocation when the license service is reachable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

The license grants permission to use Nino Desktop; it does not transfer ownership of Nino's software, branding, or third-party components. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

4. Price, payment, and refunds

PayPal processes purchases. AI, speech, voice, hosting, or plugin services may require separate accounts, API keys, subscriptions, or usage charges not included in the Nino license. Refunds are reviewed individually, including for duplicate or unauthorized charges and serious defects that support cannot resolve. A refund is not automatic after a license is issued. This policy does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other right that applicable law gives you. Any required digital-content consent or acknowledgment will be presented at checkout before payment or delivery.

5. Your content, AI, and acceptable use

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You allow Nino to process that content only as needed to provide features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. When a feature uses a third-party AI, voice, plugin, or hosting service, that provider receives the data needed for the request and its own terms govern its service.

Do not use Nino to break the law, infringe another person's rights, bypass provider limits, or interfere with Nino or its services. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it. Nino is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice and should not be used as an emergency service.

6. Availability, beta software, and changes

Nino is evolving software and may contain defects, change, or be unavailable. The Nino website's browser demo depends on third-party hosting and AI services. No wording here removes a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not allow the operator to exclude. Updated terms will show a new revision date; material changes will be handled with notice or consent where required by law.

7. Ending use and disputes

You may stop using Nino at any time. The operator may suspend a license or access for non-payment, reversed/refunded payment, fraud, material breach, or legal necessity, subject to applicable law and any required notice or cure period. Wisconsin law governs these terms, subject to consumer-protection laws that must apply where you live. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have to bring a claim in another court where the law allows it. Sales and checkout are limited to locations where they are enabled.

Nothing in these terms waives non-waivable consumer rights or limits liability where the law does not permit that limitation. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Contact

For support or legal notices, email ninosassmaster@gmail.com. For community help, use the Nino support community; contact JIM50051 by direct message for a license transfer. Do not send payment details or sensitive personal information in a public Discord channel.
